- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chickpeas, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until chickpeas are slightly crispy, about 8 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley and fresh cherry tomatoes.
- Serve immediately for a warm and satisfying dinner.

- You can add a squeeze of lemon for extra brightness.
