- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 cup yogurt chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, sliced almonds, ground cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix in honey and melted coconut oil until the dry ingredients are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once baked, let it cool for 10 minutes before folding in yogurt chips. Let it cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
- For longer storage, refrigerate for up to a month.
- Serve on its own, over yogurt, or as a topping for desserts.
